79 Elizabeth Bay Road was originally a grand mansion called "Nareen" that was built in the late 1800s. The mansion was later converted into waterfront apartments and has undergone various renovations and changes over the years. ALJ Engineers were engaged to structurally assess the large movements in the boundary walls and provide a structural remedial action plan.
