Kincoppal Residence was originally built as a convent and boarding school for girls in the 1880s and later converted into a residential apartment complex. The building is a heritage-listed site and is considered to be of significant historical and cultural value. ALJ Engineers were engaged to assess slab reinforcement corrosion and provide a structural remedial action plan.
