Built in 2004, the Metro Village consists of a mix of residential units, retail space and an underground carpark. ALJ was engaged by the owners corporation to assess the structural and non-structural defects of the building and prepare a remedial action plan. ALJ’s role has since been extended to include the preparation of tender documents for the remedial work and superintendency during construction.
