ALJ Engineers has taken on a leadership role in the structural defect litigation claim for Auburn Towers in collaboration with the NSW building commissioner’s office. The claim has been initiated by the residents and owners of the towers, who have experienced issues with the building's structural integrity. In collaboration with legal professionals, ALJ is providing technical support and expert testimony in the legal proceedings at the Supreme Court. Through their efforts, ALJ is working to ensure that the structural issues at Auburn Towers are addressed, and the safety and wellbeing of the residents and owners are protected.
