  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with the project stakeholders in the documentation aspect of the project.

    2. Preparation of Structural engineering drawings using BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and collaboration.

    3. Work with the structural engineers to develop the design documentation.

    4. Manage the project expectations (time and budget).

    5. Manage the quality of the documentation to ALJ standard quality control policies.

    6. Report to the BIM manager.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated relevant work experience with referrals.

    2. Professional operator of Revit and AutoCAD.

    3. Professional user of Bluebeam and office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, .. etc.)

    4. Full working right in Australia.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with the project stakeholders in the design and documentation aspects of the project.

    2. Preparation of Structural engineering modeling, designs, and calculations using both numerical analysis and design software and hand calculations.

    3. Professional user of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, RAM Concept, RAPT.

    4. Prepare design reports.

    5. Inspect construction work.

    6. Work with the BIM technicians to develop the design documentation.

    7. Manage the project expectations (time and budget).

    8. Manage the quality of the design to ALJ standard quality control policies.

    9. Report to the associate engineer.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated relevant work experience with referrals.

    2. Professional operator ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, RAM Concept, RAPT.

    3. Professional user of Bluebeam and office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, .. etc.)

    4. Full working right in Australia.

    5. Full driving license in NSW.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with the project stakeholders in the design and documentation aspects of the project.

    2. Preparation of the remedial specifications, tender documents, and reports.

    3. Carry out defect inspections and emergency work inspections.

    4. Carry out façade and waterproofing designs, documentation, and certification.

    5. Prepare defect reports.

    6. Attending owners’ corporation meetings.

    7. Prepare design reports.

    8. Manage the project expectations (time and budget).

    9. Manage the quality of the design to ALJ standard quality control policies.

    10. Report to the Principal remedial engineer.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated relevant work experience with referrals.

    2. Professional user of Bluebeam and office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, .. etc.)

    3. Full working right in Australia.

    4. Full driving license in NSW.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with the project stakeholders in the design, documentation, and management aspects of the project.

    2. Prepare project budget analysis and performance reports.

    3. Monitor project milestone deliveries and quality control.

    4. Attend design and management meetings.

    5. Manage project scope and variation requests.

    6. Prepare project claims.

    7. Monitor the project financial position.

    8. Report weekly on the performance of the projects.

    9. Prepare design reports.

    10. Manage the project expectations (time and budget).

    11. Manage the quality of the design and documentation to ALJ standard quality control policies.

    12. Report to the Director.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 8 years of demonstrated relevant work experience with referrals.

    2. Professional user of Bluebeam and office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, .. etc.)

    3. Full working right in Australia.

    4. Full driving license in NSW.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate the office’s daily activities.

    2. Coordinate the office’s incoming and outgoing communications.

    3. Bookkeeping work.

    4. Prepare and issue project claims and invoices.

    5. Monitor the business cash flow.

    6. Prepare presentations and marketing.

    7. Manage the business social pages and post relevant posts regularly in collaboration with the engineering team.

    8. Organize internal and external events.

    9. Organize internal and external payment ledgers.

    10. Report to the Project manager and Director.

    1. Minimum 4 years of demonstrated relevant work experience with referrals.

    2. Professional user of Bluebeam and office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, .. etc.)

    3. Full working right in Australia.
