- Detailed assessment of the existing shoring system which has been designed only for 3 basements and
- become obsolete after 5 years from construction.
- Shoring remedial and strengthening design.
- Soil analysis and stability for additional 2 basements without additional shoring piles.
- Optimizing the transfer elements and achieve half the transfer requirements for the original design.
- Provide full structural and PT design.
