Basement addition and Heritage extension
Northcote, Melbourne
$5M extension development project for a 150 years old heritage building consisting of a basement addition (partly under the existing heritage b`uilding), four floors, and roof as swimming pool. It was a challenging job, where we succeeded in overcome all the difficulties and the poor soil conditions (class P site), by implementing high-tech structural design and construction methods. We designed and documented a top-down construction to ensure stability and integrity of the heritage building
