$206.8M Mixed-use development consisting of 680 apartments and retail shops, spread over 4 buildings, each one has 22 floors, one of them  supported on tripod column 13.0m height and a transfer slab which has 9.0m double cantilever.
Ayman was the principal structural engineer leading the design team providing structural design from the concept through to detailed design and construction.
Ramsgate Park
Rocky Point RD, Kogarah, Sydney

$161.8M Residential development consisting of 532 apartments, spread over 4 buildings each one consisting of 12 floors. In addition to, 3 basements, ground floor, and 20 townhouses.

Neil St, Merrylands, Sydney
$106.5M Residential development consisting of 350 apartments, spread over 2 buildings, one is 12 floors and the other is 16 floors. In addition to, 3 basements and ground floor.

Melrose Park -Phase III
Victoria St, Parramatta, Sydney
Architect: AJ+C Architects                  Developer: PAYCE 
$56.8M Residential development consisting of 157 apartments, spread over 2 buildings, one is 8 floors and the other is 6 floors. In addition to, 3 basements and ground floor.
Ayman was the principal structural engineer leading the design team providing the concept design.
Several medium density developments located at:
Lane Cove, Mascot, Lindfield, and Chatswood.
Varied from 4 to 92 units developments.

Two petrol stations with several services buildings located at Rouse hills and Edmondson Park. Construction cost around $20M.

$663M Mixed-use development consists of four main buildings. A High-rise building consists of 5
Basements+G+M+62Floors. Luxurious shopping centre and a 5-stars hotel consists of 3B+G+M+27 floors. Underground parking building consists of 7 basements. External parking building consists of 2B+G+5Floors.
On level 12 in the shopping centre, there are long ETFE arched roof varies in span from 25m to 68m.
Ayman was a senior structural engineer responsible for ETBAS lateral analysis and design Modelling, the wind mitigation process, outriggers design, and composite columns and walls design.
AL_JAHRA MINISTRIES COMPLEX
State of KUWAIT
$921M Mega governmental development covers 300,000 sqr meters and has 1,250,000 sqr meters total built-up area. It is consisting of three basements, ground floor and class III nuclear shelter covers the entire plot area. The super structure include four separate huge buildings with eight floors each one, in between there is a tremendous steel space nodal structure, covers 150,000 sqr meters, supported on four mega lattice steel columns and the building edges.
Ayman was a structural engineering responsible for designing floor slabs systems, raft foundation, ground floor and collaborate with architects and subcontractors to achieve workable and constructible structural system for the in-between structure.
THE AVENUES - Phase 4 and 5

$936M Luxurious shopping centre + 7-stars and 5-stars hotels, spread over 462,322 sq meters. The project consists of 3 Basements + G + M + 2 floors, 60m diameter spherical steel-dome, 27m to 45m arched ETFE-steel Roofs, 34 floors 7-stars hotel, and 18 floors 5-stars hotel.
Ayman was the design team leader leading the structural engineering team providing the design from the concept through to detailed design and construction.
Remarkable achievements:
• 330 m long concrete frames without joints designed to resist temperature gradient change 35 degree.
• Using non-linear buckling analysis to design slender steel arched ETFE roofs.
• Reduce the tremendous basement construction time/cost by using an innovative structural system.
SABAH A-SALEM UNIVERSITY - Administration Buildings

$632M new university administration buildings consist of seven buildings spread over 265,000 sq meters (Central administration building, Convocation Hall, Conference centre, Library, Culture centre, Grand Mosque, Visitor centre). These buildings have many engineering art pieces such as 16m and 25m cantilever trusses without back-span, 220-degree semi-sphere dome, free-stand elliptical pedestrian ramp and roof trusses up to 46m span.
Ayman was a senior structural engineer within the design team providing the design from the concept through to detailed design and construction.
DHAMAN Hospitals

Engineer: ALSHAHEEN CONSULTANTS
Project Management: HILL INTERNATIONAL - US
$310M Healthcare project includes two hospitals with 300-bed capacity each. Each site had a separate carpark and staff accommodation buildings. The hospital building consists of basement, ground and six floors including inpatient, outpatient clinics, a nuclear treatment facility, CT rooms, surgery chambers, and IC units.
Ayman was a structural division manager leading an international design team providing the design from the concept through to detailed design and construction.
26 Petrol Station KNPC

Architect: CIRCULAR - UK
Engineer: PACE Architecture Engineering + Planning
26 petrol stations with a construction cost of $146.8M, each station has 5 service buildings and a unique shape canopy. Canopies were varied between 32.5X41.5m and 48.5X56.5m.
Ayman was the design team leader leading the structural engineering team providing the design from the concept through to detailed design.
Ayman developed a unique 3D design for the odd-shaped canopies to successfully fulfill the architectural perspective and achieve cost and time effective design.
Steel long span roof for AC of the outdoor football stadium of Qatar Sports Club
State of Qatar
Mechanical Consultant: ATS-Germany
Architect: Design & Consult Bureau DCB
The project was to air-condition the main stadium spectator seating area by introducing double shading profile.
Ayman was a senior structural engineer providing the design from the concept through to detailed design and construction.
One of the more challenging projects, where the cantilever roof required to be constructed over existing backfilled spectator seating structure and huge wind vortices produced due to the geographical phenomena of the site. All had been overcome and a safe and stable structural design achieved.
NBK Twin Towers
State of Qatar
Architect/Engineer: Design & Consult Bureau DCB
The project consists of 4 basement, ground, 4 full podium floor and two 34 high-rise buildings.
Ayman was a structural engineer, responsible for the concept design, lateral analysis and design and foundation design.
